Paula incorporates integrated leadership across a diverse range of initiatives. In her capacity as Chair at the WA Ocean Foundation, Paula intertwines her passion for technology with environmental advocacy. Here, she champions technology solutions for global impact with a focus on First Nations peoples and ocean conservation.

As Vice-Chair and co-founder of West Tech Fest, Australia's longest running technology and innovation festival, Paula shares insights on frontier technologies, social impact, and strategies to propel global companies.

As the Co-Founder of First Nations X, a non-profit committed to unleashing the potential of indigenous enterprises, Paula helps foster their growth and build connections with global markets and investment opportunities. A Regional Ambassador (Australia) for the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), Paula's interest lies in leveraging blockchain for financial inclusion and social impact, Championing the power of creative, innovative and brave thinking, Paula worked with London based creative organization D&D for ten years in a number of senior leadership roles across the UK, Australia, SE Asia and the US. She is the co-founder of COTU, a platform aimed at nurturing education, networking, employment and collaboration opportunities for the upcoming generation of creative talent.
